Arrival instructions to check in are made available only after guests complete the pre-arrival online check-in which includes a rental agreement, security deposit and Identification Verification. Guests who book and do not complete this step will not receive arrival instructions or a refund. Our home supplies access to the unit through a third-party application linked to the door's lock. If guest verification steps are completed, access is provided only through the third party phone application. There is no other way to enter the home except by completing the steps mentioned above.
