Lost Keys incur a replacement cost. 10. Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for any damages caused. 11. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 12. Please do your dishes. 13. Please take the trash out before you leave. 14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund. 15. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay.
