Welcome to our industrial one bed condo in the INK Building! With floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light, a spacious king bed, plush sofa that pulls out into a bed, and a fully equipped kitchen, relaxation is effortless. Located in the desirable neighbourhood of East Village, just steps from the beautiful Bow River. East Village is walking distance to Library, National Music Center, Calgary Tower, Saddledome, Stampede, Superstore, shops and LRT station Important: You will have to pick up the keys from a lockbox at a separate location. ID Verification Required for our property. Must be 21+ to book All guests must complete ID verification and fill out and sign a Tenant Form in order to receive arrival instructions.

Terms & Conditions

Arrival instructions to check in are made available only after guests complete the pre-arrival online check-in which includes a rental agreement and Identification Verification. Guests who book and do not complete this step will not receive arrival instructions or a refund. These requirements are on a third-party web based platform that is easy to use and not require any apps to be downloaded. It is very nice, easy and user friendly. Our home supplies access to the unit through a third-party application linked to the door's lock. If guest verification steps are completed, access is provided only through the third party phone application. There is no other way to enter the home except by completing the steps mentioned above. PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES : 1. No parties or events allowed. 2. No smoking allowed. Any remnants or smell left behind will result in a $500 fine charged to your Airbnb account. 3. No pets allowed. 4. No unregistered guests allowed. 5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 6. Please respect noise levels and noise curfew. 10PM on weekends and 9PM on weekdays. 7. Please respect Check-in & Check-out times. 8. Please take care of your keys. Lost Keys incur a replacement cost. 9. Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for any damages caused. 10. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund. 12. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account. 13. Please do not have any mail, packages, or documents sent to our property. If you require something of this nature during your stay inquire with us first. 14. If any items are left behind there is $50 charge for having it shipped back to you for postage and Staff time/efforts.

Cancellation Policy
