Lost Keys incur a replacement cost. 10. Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for any damages caused. 11. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 12. Please do your dishes. 13. Please take the trash out before you leave. 14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund. 15. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account. 16. Please do not have any mail, packages, or documents sent to our property. If you require something of this nature during your stay inquire with us first. 17. We require government ID sent to us prior to booking confirmation.
