Guest is Required to sign a Renter Agreement Minimum Age of Primary Guest is 21 Years of age and Primary Renter must be on site for the duration the stay Photo Identification Required Check-out is at 10 am. Please do not check out after the allotted check-in time as this causes the cleaners to be delayed. PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES 1. No parties or events allowed. 2. No smoking or drugs allowed. Any remanence or smell left behind will result in a $500 fine charged to your Airbnb account. 3. No unregistered guests allowed. 4. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 5. Please respect noise levels and noise curfew. 10PM on weekends and 9PM on weekdays. 6. Please take care of your keys. Lost Keys incur a replacement cost. 7. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 8. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account Please respond with: 1. Photo of ID 2. Time you plan on arriving to the unit (check-in between 3pm to 9pm) Someone has to pass you the key so please let us know. 3. A working phone number we can contact you at incase of emergency 4. Confirm you have read and agree to the house rules
