Welcome to our sleekly designed one bedroom downtown condo with views of the downtown skyline including an unobstructed sight of the Calgary Tower. Located in the heart of the Beltline.Walking distance to everything such as restaurants, bars, shops,grocery stores and all popular/trendy avenues. 5 minute drive to the river,Stampede grounds and the Saddledome. Please do not book if you are planning on checking in after 10pm as the doors locks.We will request ID prior to booking.

Guest is Required to sign a Renter Agreement Minimum Age of Primary Guest is 21 Years of age and Primary Renter must be on site for the duration the stay Photo Identification Required Check-out is at 10 am. Please do not check out after the allotted check-in time as this causes the cleaners to be delayed. PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES 1. No parties or events allowed. 2. No smoking or drugs allowed. Any remanence or smell left behind will result in a $500 fine charged to your Airbnb account. 3. No unregistered guests allowed. 4. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 5. Please respect noise levels and noise curfew. 10PM on weekends and 9PM on weekdays. 6. Please take care of your keys. Lost Keys incur a replacement cost. 7. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 8. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account
